Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree

This was just a prime choice for a walk-in evening in Braintree with high value for money. The front desk staff were really helpful and accommodating, making check-in easy. Bring your own snacks since the breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Relaxing stay, as always. Modest and perfect accommodation with amazing setting very close to Massachusetts, a mall and plenty of national chain restaurants, and the major highway entrance. Good sized and well-designed rooms with a comfortable bed, food outstanding. Great service and reasonable value. The shuttle to mall, good pool.

Breakfast was very good, many fruits etc., room and bathroom big and very clean, well furnished. Swimming pool indoor and fitness room also great. Reception helpful and a small shop inside.

You need a car to get to the subway. 10 minutes by train. For us it was no problem otherwise you can't complain about this hotel.

The breakfast spread was fantastic with lots of choices. We loved the outdoor area. We visited Boston Harbor, amazing! Remember, the bathroom setup could be a little tricky for some, but overall a great stay!

The breakfast was very good and easy. Staff us always friendly!!! This our family's 3 rd visit and we will be back. My parents have been stay a few times a year and the staff know them by name.

The breakfast is not very good and twice there we're a lot of things missing,toaster not working well. the man working in the breakfast area seemed overwelmed

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The Queen Room was spacious and clean, perfect for our group. Enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the waffles! The lobby felt a bit stuffy, and the air conditioning had issues. Consider checking the dog walking areas before heading out. A good choice for Boston visitors.

Fashionable & a decent size unit in generally good condition. Particularly good location to restaurants & the mall and very quiet area.

everything is pleasant here, had an excellent stay which met our needs for one night. make sure to get queen room with a comfortable bed, bath, for example. it offers a marvellous and comfortable location and has very welcoming staff.

The air conditioning was broken, but the room was nicely renovated.

Great location for exploiring the area:Boston is nearby and even Cape Cod is just an hour and a half away. Hotel personnel is really friendly, hotel may seem a bit oldfashionned but the room is clean and beds are comfortable. Only negative remark: breakfast is with disposable cuttlery and throw away dishes and cups, but this seems to be the case in all middleclass hotels :-(

Hotel next to some sort of plant that smelt like hot brakes, and was generating some noise. Window didn't open (probably for preceding reason), so room was stuffy. Other than that, an ok place.

The room was clean and had super comfy beds. The space felt nice and cozy, made for a good night's sleep. Plus, there was a microwave and fridge, perfect for snacks. I really liked that the bathroom had Neutrogena toiletries. But, the bathroom could use some minor updates. A pretty solid stay.

Our kids loved the pool & we all loved the breakfast. Breakfast was wonderful & nice that it was not just a continental breakfast! Service was great & staff was friendly!! We will always look for Hampton Inns when traveling!!
